Senior Director of Gift Planning, Stetson University

Arzie Stephens serves as Stetson University's Senior Director of Gift Planning and oversees the cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation of legacy gifts. In this role, he has secured over $52.8 million in planned and outright gifts in 2022/23 and $29.2 million in planned and outright gifts for 2021/22, helping the university raise $52 million for the first time last year.

In addition to being a Certified Planned Giving Specialist, Arzie holds a J.D. from Florida A&M.
