Gift Officer, Regions Hospital Foundation

Shelly Rucks has more than 30 years partnering with donors to help organizations fulfill their missions and strengthen communities. She worked for social service and membership organizations; the last ten years she has focused on various aspects of health care philanthropy. She has worked as a single fundraiser in a small shop, on a team of six gift officers, and served as a VP leading a national team. Two years ago Shelly stepped away from leadership roles to return to what most fulfills her - direct work with donors - as a gift officer.
