Partner, Chicago Office, Quarles & Brady LLP

Kirk Hoopingarner is a partner in the Chicago office of the national law firm Quarles & Brady LLP. He is a member of their trusts and estates practice and also national chair of their tax exempt practice. He is an adjunct professor at Northwestern University Law School, where he co-teaches a course on tax exempt organization. He is a member of the Planned Giving Today editorial board and a fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel where he actively participates in the charitable planning and tax-exempt organization committee.
