Dr. Viv Ewing is a sought-after executive leader, speaker, and motivator. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in Community & Human Resources; a master's degree in Urban Studies; and bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Dr. Ewing's professional career includes over 25 years of fundraising and friend-raising with major not-for-profits such as Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and American Red Cross. She is well versed in setting and planning for significant fund development growth in the sectors of education, social services, healthcare, housing, and business.

Viv coaches executives on fundraising strategy and has extensive experience creating development strategy, growing major gifts, endowment growth, fund development operations, donor cultivation, marketing and communication strategy, fundraising solicitations, and establishing development policies. Dr. Ewing also has successful experience in annual giving campaigns, employee giving, government and foundation grants, legacy gifts, volunteer management, and capital campaigns. Dr. Ewing's past and present community leadership includes service to many organizations including Salvation Army Board Chair, Salvation Army Tree of Lights Chair, Habitat for Humanity Capital Campaign Chair, President of the Human Resources Association of Midlands, Governor's Judicial Selection Committee, University of Nebraska Medical Center Board of Councilors, University of Nebraska Foundation Board, Opera Omaha, Membership Chair for Rotary, and president of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated which is a community service organization.
